I have had this pool for three years now, I had the smaller one before that. It is wonderful. The key is to buy the saltwater filter. If you do this it is easy to maintain, and NO CHEMICALS. I live in southern California and it gets HOT in the summer. This pool goes up in MAY and down In September. I run the pump 24/7 to keep it crystal clean, and never notice it on my electric bill. Try that with an in ground pool!

This pool is a good pool, don’t get me wrong. We have had ours for four years now. This year (4th year) when we put it up, we discovered that the inflatble ring was losing air. The air valve located in the ring expanded over the years and now loses air constantly. We are filling the ring with air about 7 times per day now. Intex was no help. We called and emailed them and they just sent advertisements for new pools. Our pool does not leak water, but the air ring leaks air. This will be our last year with this pool and I would not suggest anyone buying a pool with an air ring to inflate because the air ring can get very tiny microscopic air holes that cannot be seen with the human eye; so we were told. We sprayed the ring with soapy water and just found it leaking around the air stem only. There is no fix for this!

We bought one of these years ago. It lasted well. We needed to replace it and bought another. It’s no comparison. The pump is smaller; not big enough for the pool. I had to buy another larger pump. The side is so weak that when we filled the pool, it stretched the hose holes so far out of shape it won’t seal. I would recommend a different one if there are any options. Not worth this price.
